Description
GUBBIO (PG), vicinity: Agritourism farm of about 102 hectares with various buildings, consisting of three adjacent bodies. In the largest part of about 62 hectares, there are all the buildings both for agritourism receptive use and the agricultural annexes and shed used for breeding.
The farm land is divided into:
* approximately 68 hectares of hillside arable land and meadow/grazing land;
* Olive grove 5,000 sqm
* Truffle grove 6,000 sqm
* Mixed coppice forest about 30 hectares
* Tare and buildings about 3 hectares.
The buildings, partly used as accommodation are divided into:
* Period farmhouse dating back between 1100 and 1800, completely renovated in the 1990s, 1,050 sqm on two levels with main house, restaurant with kitchen and services, Franciscan church (national monument), small flat on two levels, six rooms with bathroom and some common rooms.
* farmhouse converted from an old barn and rebuilt in the years '96/'97, of 360 square metres on one floor consisting of ten double rooms, all with bathroom, air conditioning and telephone.
* three agricultural outbuildings, respectively of 405 sqm, 200 sqm and 380 sqm all rebuilt from the year 2000;
* agricultural outbuilding of 500 square metres with a functioning laboratory of about 100 square metres, authorised by the USL of Gubbio for the processing of food products;
* ruins of 600 square metres.
The buildings are fully equipped with gas heating systems, solar panels and air conditioning.
The property includes an equipped swimming pool, wells, artificial lake and 60 KW photovoltaic system.
