DIAMANTE S.R.L.S.

Deruta (PG): Rustic building dating back to the early 1900s, developed over two levels of 240 sqm and composed of several interconnected structures, built with different construction techniques that testify to the various historical phases of the building. At the time, the property featured three apartments on the first floor and stables and warehouses on the ground floor. The property includes a private courtyard of approximately 3,800 sqm and an annex in a rectangular shape of 63 sqm, characterized by a wooden roof with a brick covering, which completes the rural architectural context.
