- 4 hectares of vineyard of which 1.5 hectares of Sangiovese vineyard with Chianti Classico DOCG rights and the rest Igt predominantly Syrah quality and a further 2 hectares of vineyard replanting rights, all placed on rows with old and productive planting.

- 37 hectares of woodland for cutting;

- 6 hectares of olive grove in production of leccino, moraiolo and frantoio quality;

- stone farmhouse on two levels with double living room, dining room, a bright kitchen, a large pantry, a study, technical room and bathroom on the ground floor, hallway, four double bedrooms and three bathrooms on the first floor which can be accessed either by internal or external staircase;
