- 4 hectares of vineyards of Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon quality registered in the Montecucco DOCG;
- 6 hectares of arable land on a gentle hillside;
- 2 hectares of olive grove in production;
- Small coppice and orchard.
- Portion of farmhouse on two floors of approx. 160 sqm consisting of kitchen, dining room, living room, four bedrooms, corridor and bathroom on the ground floor and attic of approx. 90 sqm on the first floor accessible by external staircase.
- Outbuildings used as tool shed and agricultural machinery, animal shelter, warehouse and cellar of 400 sqm in total.
The farm has its own trademark and is sold inclusive of equipment and machinery for working the land and vineyard as well as equipment for vinification and wine storage/ageing.
